Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure all color appointments. This deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances, unless I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments 15 minutes late will forfeit the style or later then 20 minutes may result in cancellation. Cancellations or rescheduling 2 or more appointments will no longer be able to book unless paid in full prior to appointment. Timing & Fees: • More than 72 hours before your appointment: You may reschedule one time with no additional fee. • Within 72 hours of your appointment: A 50% service fee will be charged. • Same-day cancellation, reschedule, or no-show: The full service amount will be due. This policy protects my time, the appointment reserved for you, and the professional products purchased specifically for your service. Thank you for respecting my business and my schedule. 🤍
